Nurture Your Inner Connection and Begin a Compassionate Journey
As everyone else, you as well have your unique challenges to face on your path to self-discovery and authentic living.
To free yourself from self-limiting beliefs, heal past wounds, gain clarity on your life's direction and cultivate the skills to express yourself authentically, you need to first dive deeper on the journey of self-reflection and self-acceptance by facing all of you.
Why It’s Important to Start with Yourself and Cultivate Compassion
Everything in life revolves around relationships—how we connect with our surroundings, the people in our lives, and our own inner world. Our happiness and inner peace stem from the way we interpret our experiences, shaped by our thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions.
Often, we try to change external circumstances—jobs, relationships, or even our appearance—in the hope of finding inner peace. Yet, despite these changes, we may still feel dissatisfied or stuck, facing the same underlying discomfort.
True healing begins with self-compassion. When we treat ourselves with kindness and empathy, rather than criticism and judgment, we create space for understanding and healing. Cultivating compassion for ourselves allows us to break free from old patterns and experience life with greater peace and clarity.
A significant part of my life has been shaped by the pursuit of self-optimization and healing. The presence of my inner critic and limiting beliefs often led me to dark places, making me a seeker.
On my psycho-spiritual journey, I explored various paths and techniques, learning from spiritual teachers in India and Brazil. I engaged in self-explorative practices, family constellations, shadow work, group dynamics and plant medicines. These experiences expanded my awareness of my patterns and shadows, yet I often felt a longing for a deeper sense of inner peace and acceptance.
The essence of Nonviolent Communication—with compassion, connection, and authenticity as central elements—marked a turning point in my life. It provided a practical expression for my spiritual path and allowed me to experience the transformative power of empathy, leading to a deeper understanding and acceptance of my humanity. This represented an important step in my journey of healing and self-acceptance.
In 2004, I completed a three-year full-time training at an alternative health school and received my certification as a practitioner in Frankfurt/Germany. Since my first yoga class at the age of 12, I have been fascinated by the connection between body, mind, and soul, and earning my yoga teacher certification in 2005. Since then, I have continually explored and studied various therapeutic approaches.
I aim to create a safe space for you to explore your inner world and embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. My approach fosters self-awareness, self-compassion, and courage to transition from self-criticism to self-acceptance.
