Family constellation work in individual sessions enables you to explore deeply rooted patterns and dynamics in personal or family relationships. Even without a group setting, this method helps uncover hidden influences. By using objects or figures as representatives, it provides insights into unresolved family or personal issues, intergenerational trauma, or entanglements that may impact your life.

I use the essence of non-violent-communication (NVC) to help you find greater self awareness, clarity and authentic communication. For me it means to relearn the vulnerable language of our hearts. By understanding more of the intricate system of our feelings and to connect to the underlying needs that drive our actions, we cultivate a deeper awareness of ourselves and others, which leads us to more compassionate and authentic interactions with our selves and others.

In one-on-one sessions, EFT involves tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on an issue or emotion that needs healing.
